[edit] Userboxes
To answer your question about userboxes: I see you made a page User:MasterA113/My Userboxes, and are interested in being able to transclude them in to pages. To do that you should make a seperate page for each one, e.g. User:MasterA113/My Userboxes/Sox and put one box per page. Then you can put {{User:MasterA113/My Userboxes/Sox}} on a page and it will appear there. For an example you can see my collection index at User:xaosflux/UBX. If you have any other questions, feel free to ask! — xaosflux Talk 01:28, 14 November 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Help?
Why does it say I'm trying to create spam when I try to add a link to my userpage on Encyclopedia Dramatica? I know it's been a while since this happened, but I'm just curious. --MasterA113 02:51, 14 December 2006 (UTC)
- Perhaps the server has a filter on it not allowing you to add "promotional text" by the link. See WP:UP
"What can I have on my user page?" near the bottom of the aforementioned section. This is all my best guess. Please replace the helpme template if this does not help.

[edit] Rondout School
A tag has been placed on Rondout School, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is a very short article providing little or no context to the reader. Please see Wikipedia:Stub for our minimum information standards for short articles. If you plan to add more material to the article, I advise you to do so immediately. Also please note that articles must be on notable subjects and should provide references to reliable sources which verify their content. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself. To contest the tagging and request that administrators wait a while for you to add contextual material, please affix the template {{hangon}}
to the page and state your intention on the article's talk page. Feel free to leave a note on my talk page if you have any questions about this. ShakingSpirittalk 05:03, 3 January 2007 (UTC)
- Yeah, it should probably be deleted. I only wrote it to get rid of the red link. --MasterA113 05:04, 3 January 2007 (UTC)
While I don't usually delete articles on schools, no matter how small, this article was sooooooo short that I felt I had to delete it. If you have anything, even a sentence, to add to the article, you can recreate it. Herostratus 05:14, 3 January 2007 (UTC)
- Alright, I'll do a little more research. Thanks. --MasterA113 06:03, 3 January 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Welcome to WikiProject Trains
Hello and welcome to the Trains WikiProject! Thank you for adding your name to our project membership list. Our goal is to build the most comprehensive and detailed guide to rail transport on Wikipedia. As a project member, you may add the project membership userbox to your user page if you wish.
If you haven't done so already, please add our main project page to your watchlist and take some time to review the Trains project manual of style where we have collected guidelines and suggestions on notability and style for a consistent representation of rail transport related material. If you're curious about where to start, we've gathered a few suggestions in the Trains project to do list. If you'd like to specialize in a particular area of study within rail transport, take a look at the current Trains project task forces.
If you have any questions, please feel free to ask on the project talk page or on my talk page. Again, welcome and happy editing! Slambo (Speak) 14:18, 12 January 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Need Help!
I need help from an administrator with this one. I am currently in the process of starting a Wiki about internet memes, and I need 2 copies of pages that are deleted and protected (If that is aloud). I need:
- A Copy of the Brian Peppers article (Not Nonsense)
- A Copy of the NEDM article (Not Nonesense)
If it would be easier, you can send me multiple versions of the articles, and I can figure out which ones are good versions. You can also email them to me at Jedikyle007@aol.com. Thanks! --MasterA113 00:04, 13 January 2007 (UTC)
- Please on something like WP:ANI or WP:DRV. You probably will want to present a reason for the requests. Thanks. Xiner (talk, email) 00:09, 13 January 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Email
Hi MasterA113. I noticed your request on AN/I. It's not a good idea to post your email there, because of the risk of receiving spam. Instead, you should go to special:preferences, follow the instructions to set an email account, and replace the email address that you typed on AN/I with the following link: [[Special:Emailuser/MasterA113]]. Picaroon 00:33, 13 January 2007 (UTC)
- Oh it's fine. I don't care about spam, and I freely post it all over. I've got spam controls, and I won't hold anything against Wikipedia. --MasterA113 00:36, 13 January 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Wiki you might be interested in
Rather than getting copies of the two deleted articles, check out the YTMND Wiki. It has an article on Brian Peppers [1] and NEMD [2]. There's no need to undelete anything, and it might be a site you could contribute to. AniMate 00:40, 13 January 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Request for deleted articles
In order to use the content, you will need to follow certain procedures, which you can find at Wikipedia:Copyrights#Reusers' rights and obligations. Assuming your site meets that requirement, I will see about getting the history for you. Prodego talk 00:40, 13 January 2007 (UTC)
- Thank you, and yes, I can meet all of those requirements. My site is another Wikia Wiki, so it will be easier to link back here, and license the text. --MasterA113 00:44, 13 January 2007 (UTC)
- What is the wiki? Prodego talk 00:56, 13 January 2007 (UTC)
- It's still in the request phase, but it's going to be called MemeWiki. If you'd prefer, I can wait until it's approved before you let me have the articles. --MasterA113 00:58, 13 January 2007 (UTC)
- It might be better to wait. Also, while I have no problem with NEDM, I am not sure I am willing to give you the Peppers article, since it is honestly cruel to have it at all (poor man), and it was deleted by Jimbo. Prodego talk 01:08, 13 January 2007 (UTC)
- I agree with you, and I am against the exploitation of Brian Peppers. I just want it since it is a popular meme.--MasterA113 01:13, 13 January 2007 (UTC)
- Sure, just do not repost it here, or violate the GFDL above, ect, ect... If you could set your e-mail address please (that way it is confirmed to be you), I will send it to you. Prodego talk 03:13, 13 January 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Internet meme wiki
Glad somebody else is finally interested. Yes, I'm still planning to make that sooner or later. I'd like to get some more potential contributors before I start it up, but we'll see I guess. Meanwhile, if you can drum up interest, please do. You sound like you've got a lot more connections here than I do. Octan 17:13, 26 January 2007 (UTC)
- I was just gonna use Wikia. But they recommend getting a sizable list of contributors before requesting starting a new wiki. Octan 19:35, 27 January 2007 (UTC)
[edit] CHICOTW
I see your user name listed as a member of the Wikipedia:WikiProject_Chicago. I do not know if you are aware that we are attempting to revive the CHICOTW. See our results history. We could use additional input in nominating future articles, voting on nominees and editing winning nominees. Should you contribute you will receive weekly notices like the following:

Last week you voted for the Chicago COTW. Thank you! This week Rich Melman has been chosen. Please help improve it towards the quality level of a Wikipedia featured article. See the To Do List to suggest a change or to see an open tasks list.

Hey, just letting you know you made a reversion on the Misery (film) page and sent me a condescending generic message blaming me for the problem you fixed. I just wanted to let you know that I did not contribute the line you deleted. I had fixed a grammar era on the line you deleted, but I did not contribute the line originally. That cast member listing had been there long before I fixed the grammar error. Check out the history page and you'll see that. You should be more careful before sending messages off to people. It reeks of misplaced hubris.
[edit] Request for Adminship
It is my regretful task to inform you that I have closed your request for adminship early as unlikely to achieve consensus. Please do not be discouraged; a number of users have had their first RfA end without consensus, but have been promoted overwhelmingly in a later request. Please continue to make outstanding contributions to Wikipedia, and consider requesting adminship again in the future. You may find Wikipedia:Guide to requests for adminship helpful in deciding when to consider running again. If I can be of any help to you, please do not hesitate to ask. Is it permitted to create a bot to archive your talk page/monitor your userpage for you, or is there one that already does that? --MasterA113 21:07, 28 February 2007 (UTC)
- Hi. I'm here to help you. Yes there's already a bot. Give me a minute to get a link. --TeckWiz ParlateContribs@ 21:13, 28 February 2007 (UTC)
- Okay. The bot is call WerdnaBot. To start having it archive your talk page, go to User:Werdnabot/Archiver/Howto. I don't understand what you mean by monitor though. Can you explain? --TeckWiz ParlateContribs@ 21:17, 28 February 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Stub sorting
Hello MasterA113,
I noticed you marked an article as a stub using the {{stub}} template. Did you know that there are thousands of stub types that you can use to clarify what type of stub the article is? Properly categorizing stubs is important to the Wikipedia community because it helps various WikiProjects to identify articles that need expansion.
You can view the full list of stub types at WP:STUBS.
If you have questions about stub sorting, don't hesitate to ask! There is a wealth of stub information on the stub sorting WikiProject, and hundreds of stub sorters. Thanks! — jmorgan (talk) 21:28, 28 February 2007 (UTC)
[edit] New WikiProject Illinois Collaboration Division
Hey, saw you were a participant in the Illinois WikiProject. I thought I would let you know that there is a new Collaboration Division up for the project. The goal of the division is to select an article or articles for improvement to Good article standard or higher. There is a simple nomination process, which you can check out on the division subpage, to make sure each candidate for collaboration has enough interested editors. This is a good way to get a lot of articles to a quality status quickly. Please consider participating. More details can be seen at the division subpage. IvoShandor 11:32, 10 March 2007 (UTC)
