[edit] Warning

I am reverting the additions you made to several political articles, which consisted of ratings from various groups. You really need to discuss these things with someone before doing something like that on several articles at once. You are invited to discuss them on the talk pages of any of the articles you added the ratings too. --Woohookitty(cat scratches) 17:56, 16 December 2005 (UTC)

[edit] Image copyright problem with Image:Christy_Mihos.jpg

Thanks for uploading Image:Christy_Mihos.jpg. However, the image may soon be deleted unless we can determine the copyright holder and copyright status. The Wikimedia Foundation is very careful about the images included in Wikipedia because of copyright law (see Wikipedia's Copyright policy).

The copyright holder is usually the creator, the creator's employer, or the last person who was transferred ownership rights. Copyright information on images is signified using copyright templates. The three basic license types on Wikipedia are open content, public domain, and fair use. Find the appropriate template in Wikipedia:Image copyright tags and place it on the image page like this: {{TemplateName}}.

Please signify the copyright information on any other images you have uploaded or will upload. Remember that images without this important information can be deleted by an administrator. If you have any questions, feel free to contact me or ask for help at Wikipedia talk:Image copyright tags. Thank you. -- Carnildo 07:35, 6 February 2006 (UTC)

[edit] greetings

I'm new here so I thought I'd introduce myself to some of the people here

[edit] WikiProject South Park

I have thought of creating a WikiProject for South Park since it is now near its' 10th anniversary and has more articles than ever. I feel we could all do the following things through this project:

  • Cleanup any short/poorly written/unformatted articles
  • Merge/lengthen the many character articles
  • Improve the South Park main page

I have seen your South Park fan template and wondered if you were interested in joining. If so reply to my talk page and I'll get back to you as quick as I can. Thanks, Mr. Garrison--ChaplineRVine(talk ¦ ) 23:55, 5 April 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Military History WikiProject

Couldn't help but notice you're interested in military history! Arguably the best and most organized WikiProject on Wikipedia (and certainly the largest) is the Military History WikiProject, and we're always looking for interested participants. You can help as little or as much as you're able or want to--any participation is gratefully accepted. Just add your name to the list of participants and the Lead Coordinator, Kirill Lokshin, will send you a personal welcome to the project and how you can help! There are many task forces within the project that you can join as well, including a WWII Task Force, a U.S. Military Task Force, a Classical Warfare Task Force (Ancient Rome and Greece, etc.), and a Russian and Soviet Task Force (which covers the Cold War of course). Feel free to sign up for as many as you're interested in, but please come join us! --ScreaminEagle 18:28, 21 November 2006 (UTC)

[edit] MassTalk

Hi. I notice you've done some good work, but there are some practical considerations in the wider picture as to where we're going with this - so the discussion here should be right up your alley. Biruitorul 06:24, 25 January 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Massachussetts politicians

I noticed some of the articles you've been writing on state senators - just wanted to drop you a friendly reminder to put them in the categories of "Living people" and "Date of birth missing".

Keep up the good work! --User:AlbertHerring Io son l'orecchio e tu la bocca: parla! 18:45, 28 January 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Orphaned fair use image (Image:Massgop.jpg)

Thanks for uploading Image:Massgop.jpg. The image description page currently specifies that the image is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, the image is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that images for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable under fair use (see our fair use policy).

If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that any fair use images not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. [edit] Udall family

I assumed your edit was vandalism because you failed to change what the article it linked too, and instead only changed what was to the right of the |, ie, what words were over the link. Clicking the word "Republican" in your edit took you still to the Democratic Party's entry. See what I mean here. Anyway, I'll fix it the way you meant it to be. Happy wikipedia-ing. Cornell Rockey 01:18, 30 January 2007 (UTC)

I'll resist the urge to make a joke about your politcal party of choice now:) Cornell Rockey 01:58, 30 January 2007 (UTC)
