Returning from an assignment in Europe, Mastermind Excello telepathically sensed spies plotting on board. This led to a confrontation with Kadash, a Sovernian agent who headed a spy ring planning to plant bombs under every major city. Naturally he thwarts this scheme. Excello took on a gang of railway saboteurs led by Borovich. From that point on, Excello was never heard of again and faded away into time.
