Courses are specifically designed to be studied part-time, with course content immediately applicable to the workplace. The MBT is both practical and scholarly, having class activities and assignments that provide the opportunity to apply theory to real-world situations. Most courses include work-based assignments which increase participants’ understanding of both course content and their own organisation simultaneously.
By increasing their understanding of the multi-disciplinary functions that are integral to modern-day organisations, MBT participants acquire a broader professional viewpoint together with relevant, up-to-date knowledge and skills. This benefits not only the participant, but also their employer.
