Route 85, is a north-south state highway in Massachusetts. Route 85's southern terminus is at the Route 16/Route 109 multiplex in Milford. It runs north to Route 117 in Bolton, passing, in order, through Hopkinton, Southborough, Marlborough, and Hudson.
Route 85 is paralleled its entire length by Interstate 495. It has one interchange with I-495 in Milford; its northern terminus is less than half a mile from the I-495/Route 117 interchange. Also, the two-lane freeway connector that continues east from the end of Interstate 290 at I-495 in Marlborough is signed as "To 85". Route 85 crosses under Interstate 90 (The Massachusetts Turnpike) in Southborough, but there is no interchange.
