Masaru Tobita, better known as Survival Tobita, is a Japanese professional wrestler . Tobita has received a cult like following for his many unique matches in Saitama Pro Wrestling Company.

Survival Tobita started as a jobber for Super World of Sports. Since its collapse he has wrestled for various companies in Japan and Mexico including FMW, DDT, Onita Pro, and CMLL Japan. He is also the owner of SPWC, Saitama Pro Wrestling Company. Survival Tobita is most known for his matches in Saitama Pro Wrestling Company where he wrestles hardcore matches, usually on mats, against various monsters from around the universe (usually played by Naoshi Sano). Tobita often sits down after his match and cuts long promos while the fans save their seats and exit the building.

Tobita's most famous matches were against Mokujin Ken (KEN THE BOX). Mokujin Ken was a tree-like figure based on the character Mokujin from the Tekken video game series. Because of Ken's super human strengths, all of their bouts were basically squashes with Ken easily winning in minutes via knockout.

  • An Apeman discovered in China's Yunan province. He eventually came fell into the hands of wrestlers Gilgilgan Jr & Sano who put him in a match against Tobita.
  • Convienience Store Robber
  • A robber who had stolen 5000 yen from Tobita in a robbery at the convenience store. The robber is a victim of a sick society according to Tobita.
  • Manhole Man
  • A biological entity which was born from the waste fluid of a chemical factory. Living in sewers, he sometimes drags school children into his manhole.
  • Automatic Warrior (自動戦士ガルダム)
  • A renegade industrial robot.
  • King Panda
  • A giant Panda-man.
  • Asbestos Ishihara
  • An Asbestos inspector. Due to his work, he is covered in asbestos dust and is a danger to everyone in the arena. He attacks by throwing handfuls of asbestos dust into the face of his opponent.
  • The Lake Monster/The River Monster (噂の河ギラスなのか)
  • The River Monster was a creature who lived in a river where the Saitama professional wrestling association (SWPA) fishing conference was occurring. The Lake monster doesn't like people who fish.
  • Irima River Area Resident with the rod (入間川河川敷在住"ザ・むち"なサウルス１号)
  • A water monster with a tail. The monster uses the tail to choke opponents.
  • Noxious Insect Ace King (害虫王者　蟲々キング)
  • A human sized black cockroach. He enters the arena by crawling on the floor. He and Tobita blasted each other with two cans of bug spray during their match.

  • The Humanoid Space Demon with the POWER (魔人POWER（大宇宙？）)
  • A space alien from the planet ホルスト. He can use space power to deliver a spinning chop attack that is ten times as powerful as a normal human chop. He has two friends who help him in matches.

  • An Aztec warrior wearing a Kendo suit and carrying a bamboo sword.
  • Moon Mask (三日月仮面)
  • A masked warrior dressed all in white with a cape who draws power from the moon.
