User talk:Marlon Fire Thunder/A MOMENT
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
- Ami,
When you get a moment, can you please tell me why the "discussion" comments entitled "An email I received" are still in the Village Pump archives.
I understand they usually stay in there for 7 days and then are permanently deleted. Is this correct?
If so, do you know if there is there a particular reason (s) why this process has been delayed?
Thanks. Marlon Fire Thunder 23:42, 31 May 2006 (UTC)
- No they are archived after 7 days - nothing in wikipedia is deleted without a very specific reason (although even then it isn't truly deleted) - Glen TC (Stollery) 20:53, 8 June 2006 (UTC)
- I think he's referring to (from Wikipedia:Village pump (assistance): "Discussions older than 7 days (date of last made comment) are moved here. These discussions will be kept archived for 7 more days. During this period the discussion can be moved to a relevant talk page if appropriate. After 7 days the discussion will be permanently removed." Nationalparks 21:22, 8 June 2006 (UTC)
