Mark Horn is a Business Development Specialist with American Family Mutual Insurance in Madison, Wisconsin. Mr. Horn holds a B.S. in Economics from the University of Wisconsin, an MBA from Upper Iowa University and holds a CSAM certification from IAITAM. He is an organizational development expert who specializes in helping large organizations implement significant business process changes.

For the past two years, Mark has led the Software Asset Management efforts at American Family Insurance. He has in-depth knowledge of asset management and software license compliance. Previous projects include implementation of the RUP software development methodology, establishment of a records retention program, creation of management control document program (policies, standards and procedures), and accreditation of nuclear plant training programs. Other areas of expertise include instructional systems design, educational technology design and development, and nuclear plant operations.

Professional affiliations include International Association of Information Technology Asset Mangers (IAITAM), Association of Information Technology Professionals (AITP), International Business Software Managers Association (IBSMA), and National Association of Property Mangers.
