[edit] Extraneous Matter

I removed the text, which was about the Reading Terminal and Pennsylvania Convention Center and not Market East Station, but still may have use elsewhere:

The terminal and tracks leading to it sat unused from 1984 until the 1990s when it was converted into part of the Pennsylvania Convention Center. The elevated viaduct leading to it was deteriorating and had a negative impact on the surrounding community of Chinatown, and the section from Vine Street to the Convention Center has been replaced with a ramp for vehicle access.
