Removed "splendid". It is actually a stinky (literally) heavily-polluted Soviet industrial city. And somebody please add it to the lists of important ports.AlexPU

  • I'm sure AlexPU meant former Soviet industrial city. Otherwise, he is quite correct. --Coreyjahns 04 March 2006 (UTC)
  • In the industry of Donetsk area densities of Mariupol - 37.5%, in Ukraine about 7%. does not translate well into English and appears not to make sense. I recommend someone provide further explanation or removal. (For what its worth, I can tell you Donetsk is a nearby city, much larger than Mariupol, that contains the airport one would use if travelling to Mariupol. Additionally, Mariupol is generally known to be included in the Donetsk region or oblast (I believe the proper term is called oblast), in the similar way that the USA has cities within counties.) --Coreyjahns 04 March 2006 (UTC)
  • Mariupol is an area of compact residing of Greeks. There is a climatic resort. Likewise, this phrase has not made the trip to English very well and the meaning has been lost. I recommend someone provide amplification or removal. --Coreyjahns 04 March 2006 (UTC)
