It's on the http://calbar.ca.gov/state/calbar/calbar_home.jsp site, which contains the message "© 2005 The State Bar of California" ("Founded in 1927 by the legislature, the State Bar of California is an administrative arm of the California Supreme Court."). No good, I'm afraid. Only US Federal government stuff is PD - states' stuff is copyright. We could possibly use it under fair use, but I personally hate fair use, so I won't add it. I won't stop anyone else who does, however. -- Finlay McWalter | Talk 23:01, July 15, 2005 (UTC)
