The current (formidable) article on Alvarez is extremely thorough, but, I think, out of place as an encyclopaedic entry. I don't think a year-by-ear breakdown of all his appearances is necessary or required. A digest with highlights as per other opera singers' bios, perhaps? Any views? I have part-edited the current article but stopped half-way through until I hear some comments. Also what are others' views on the number of external links provided? Hello Orbicle, We are new to Wikipedia and had a lot of fun putting together the article on Marcelo Alvarez. Our initial posting has benefitted from re-formatting to summary paragraphs - thanks for the suggestion! Thanks also for adding the pictures :) Operagirl 21:34, 12 September 2006 (UTC)
