Thought I'd add some insight. I work at Marble Slab. The slab is granite, not what most people think of as "marble" unless you consider any sufficiently polished slab of stone to be marble. The ice cream is also not made made daily, nor are the cones. If you think about that logically it would mean that leftover ice cream and cones are discarded every day, which would be prohibitively expensive. I didn't make any ice cream this week in fact.
