Maryland Route 197

Maryland Route 197 is a north-south Maryland state highway running between Laurel to the north and Bowie to the south, entirely within Prince George's County. Other names for Route 197 are Laurel-Bowie Road and (in Bowie) Collington Road.

Route 197's northern terminus is at Maryland Route 198 in Laurel, just east of U.S. Route 1. Route 197's southern terminus is at U.S. Highway 301 in Bowie. Route 197 also has junctions with the Baltimore-Washington Parkway just south of Laurel and with U.S. Route 50 in Bowie.

The Bowie Town Center open-air shopping mall is located off of Route 197.
