Marvin W. Lucas is a Democrat member of the North Carolina General Assembly representing the state's forty-second House district, including constituents in Cumberland and Harnett counties. A retired school principal from Spring Lake, North Carolina, Lucas is currently (2003-2004 session) serving in his second term in the state House.
