Marvin N. Schoenhals, age 56, has served as President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company since November 1990 and was elected Chairman in October 1992. Mr. Schoenhals was elected to the Federal Home Loan Bank of Pittsburgh in 1997 and, in January 2004, was elected Chairman. Locally, he is Chairman of the Delaware State Chamber of Commerce, the Delaware Public Policy Institute, and the Sunday Breakfast Mission. He is also a member of the Board of Directors of Burris Logistics, the Brandywine Fund, Inc., the Brandywine Blue Fund, Inc., and Brandywine Advisors Fund, Inc.
