Martyn Hart

Martyn Hart is the Chairman of the National Outsourcing Association, an association for business and process outsourcing, which he started in 1987. (see [1]) He has been involved in Outsourcing and Information and Communications Technology for over 30 years, working for Xansa, DTI, PWC, BT, BR and the UK's Home Office; where he delivered what has become Europe's largest outsourced Criminal Justice ICT system.
He is the International Chief of Police’s UK representative for their Law Enforcement Information Management Section, has acted as an outsourcing "Expert" in many UK and international negotiations, a writer on outsourcing and a regular conference speaker and chairman.
He is currently with Gartner the research, measurement and consulting group working throughout the world in financial services, retail, transport, government and security.
