Martin Terrence (Marty) Rubalcaba is a professional wrestling referee that is currently signed to the World Wrestling Entertainment to referee on the RAW brand as Marty Elias. He was previously a referee for UPW and PWG. He was originally assigned to the ECW Brand but was traded to RAW for Mickie Henson.

The most notable match to date in which Marty has officated was at Summerslam 2006, a match between Hulk Hogan and Randy Orton. During the match Orton got a three count on Hogan, but afterward Marty noticed Hogan's foot was on the rope. He restarted the match as a result, despite Orton's protests. Hogan went on to win the match.

Marty came into the WWE as Marty Rubalcaba but it was changed to Marty Elias towards the end of 2006.
