Martin "Marty" Lopez-Fitzgerald is a fictional character on NBC's daytime drama Passions. Marty has been played by Mitchell and Shane Albin from February 2005 until July 2006.

Marty is the first and only child of lovers Sheridan and Luis, born September 9, 2003, but for many months Sheridan wasn't certain whether Antonio or Luis was his father. Sheridan eventually assumed that Luis was his father. He was taken from his mother at birth and believed to be the son of Beth Wallace and Luis until recently. When Beth's scheme was discovered she fled the country with the young boy.
Luis tracked Beth and Marty to Rome, but a missile struck their train, killing Marty on July 17, 2006.
