Martin Goodman (historian)

Martin David Goodman (born 1 August 1953) is a historian and writer on Roman history and the history and literature of the Jews in the Roman period.

He is a fellow of Wolfson College, Oxford, where he is a Professor of Jewish Studies at the Oriental Institute.
