Marsh Lane, Derbyshire

Marsh Lane, situated on the outskirts of Derbyshire, is a small housing estate with around 200 inhabitants. It borders with Eckington. It is renowned for being a quiet, peaceful village in which the elderly relax without the hassles of living in Eckington, which is notorious for crime and disturbances. Marsh Lane has two pubs, a post office, and a community centre/church. It is surrounded by fields and woodland. It stands on the top of the hill and looks out over Rotherham, Bolsover and Eckington.
