[edit] Information

The school uses the buildings and site previously used by Edge End High School and Mansfield High School but by 2008/09 hopes to be using a purpose built new campus on what is currently Bent Head playing fields.

[edit] Vision and Values

From the school website: "At Marsden Heights Community College, all students will be educated within a clear framework of personal, spiritual and moral development based on a genuinely mutual respect between themselves and all other members of the Learning Community. Good learning and teaching occurs when students are fully and positively engaged with the content, methodology and environment of the school to which they belong. They will be nurtured through a blend of challenge and support and guided along pathways of learning to realize their full potential in as many facets of personal development as possible. It is crucial that students have genuine ownership of the environment, ethos and codes of acceptable behaviour within their school and are enabled to share responsibility for the maintenance, enhancement and enrichment of school life."
