Marra's is a South Philadelphia Italian restaurant. Since it's establishment in 1927 by Salvatore Marra it has served pizza and a variety of other Italian selections to residents of South Philadelphia. The restaurant is family-owned for three generations, and is located on the corner of 17th Street and Passyunk Avenue, in the heart of South Philly's Italian district. Marra's is best known for its brick oven pizza, its inexpensive menu, and its casual atmosphere, and is rated among the top Italian restaurants in Philadelphia. Marra's has claimed to be the oldest restaurant in South Philadelphia.
