Marquis Miami

Marquis is a skyscraper in downtown Miami, Florida. It is currenctly under construction, and its height is increasing each week as it nears its completion. It is expected to open in 2008. The tower, when complete, will be 679 ft (207 m) tall, and contain 64 floors. It will rank in the top ten tallest buildings in Miami when it comes to floor count. The building will be located across from Bicentennial Park in northern downtown on Biscayne Boulevard between Northeast 11th and 12th Street, adjacent to the Eleventh Street Metro Station. The bottom three floors will be used by retail, floors 4-11 will be used for parking and amenities, and floors 12-63 will contain residential units. The 64th floor will house a Sky Deck area. It will be one of the more expensive buildings in the downtown area, with some units having prices of over $7,000,000 (USD).
