Marlon is a Cuban singer, more known for being the winner of the third season of Objetivo Fama, a Puerto Rican reality-show -contest that airs on Univision Puerto Rico in that Caribbean island and the Telefutura network in the U.S. mainland. He is a singer and artist. He was born in Cuba but now lives in Miami, Florida. He is currently married.

He recently released his first single, a cover of Willie Colón & Celia Cruz's hit "Usted Abusó", together with La India. He has always been a fan of her, and met her during the contest. The single peaked in the Top 10 in the Tropical Charts.

On October 24, 2006 he released his debut album titled Mi Sueño (My Dream) by Univision Records.

On January 2007, it was informed that Marlon had asked to be released from Univision Music Group. He claimed that he was unsatisfied with how they were managing his career and he alleged that they were dedicating more efforts on the career of previous year winner, Anaís.
