Markus Weissenberger (born March 8, 1975 in Lauterach) is an Austrian football player.
Since 2004 he plays for Eintracht Frankfurt. In the past he played for 1860 München, Arminia Bielefeld, LASK Linz, SV Spittal and BNZ Dornbirn.
The midfielder's contract expires in 2007. In the Eintracht squad he is in the offensive midfield often only backup for Alexander Meier and predominantly gets few short time appearances.
