Marketeer

A Marketeer or marketer is someone whose job it is to present a good or service to the market place in an attractive way so that others will be tempted to buy it. This may include advertising the product but also may include addressing its image in a more general way: for example, ploughman's lunch and rock salmon are names created by marketeers to sell what might otherwise be mundane or unglamorous items.
