Show Me Reader Awards, Mark Twain Awards, Gateway Readers Awards

The Mark Twain Awards is a Missouri award. Each year, students from Missouri pick books to get a Mark Twain Award. Students around Missouri will read at least 4 out of 20 books that are on the list and vote for them. The winner will get a gold medal on the cover.

  • Book must be 2 years old or younger.
  • Book must be for grades 4-8.
  • The picker must have read it before nominating.
  • You must read 4 books to vote.
  • Must be in grades 4-8 to vote. (other grades have different book lists)
  • Can only vote 1 time.
