Mark Tokutomi is an Asian-Australian actor who was set to play Jeff Wu in the second season of the Seven Network drama, headLand. Even though the series was cancelled in 2006 before Tokutomi could make his television debut, several of the pre-filmed season two episodes are expected to run during the summer non-ratings period of 2006/2007.
