Mark Stein (born 28 January 1966 in Cape Town, South Africa) is a former footballer who played for numerous English clubs as a striker. He is the younger brother of former Luton Town striker Brian Stein.

His biggest break came when he joined Chelsea in the mid-1990s from Stoke City for £1,500,000. He scored 25 goals in 63 games for the club.

On October 31, 2006 the BBC announced that he had been appointed as the new physiotherapist at Grays Athletic.
