Mark Ruskell, born May 14, 1972 in Wisbech, England is a Green Member of the Scottish Parliament. Elected to represent Mid Scotland and Fife in 2003, he currently sits on the Scottish Parliament Environment and Rural Development Committee and serves as its deputy convenor.
