"Mark Paul" Sebar (born 1959) is an author. He is a native of Los Angeles, California. His family later relocated to the Northern Los Angeles area which would inspire many of his works. His work crosses many genres. He graduated high school in 1978 and went onto junior college in the literary fields and liberal arts entertainment.

He was one of the first authors to run a literary site on the early Internet. The Sebar Literary Network has been online since 1994. He also founded the Literary Black Ribbon Campaign in 1995 for authors' rights. He founded Sebar and Wells Audio Publishers with Professor Verna Wells, a renowned Watercolor Artist. His work is also attached to the California Writers Club where he has helped assist other authors and poets. He remains outspoken on literary issues as a conservative leaning person. He is listed in The Righties for continued support of the United States and its citizens, due to the fact all his authored work is based on Americans and their stories.
