Mark Leonard is a British foreign policy thinker and the author of the book Why Europe Will Run the 21st Century. He is currently the director of foreign policy at the London-based Centre for European Reform. Previously, he was the director of The Foreign Policy Centre, a think-tank he founded at the age of 24.
He writes monthly for The Observer's World View section and regularly in other publications.
