Mark Winston Kiger (born May 30, 1980 in San Diego, California) is a Major League Baseball player who plays infield for the Oakland Athletics.

Kiger was drafted by the Boston Red Sox in the 27th round of the 1999 draft but did not sign. After attending the University of Florida he signed with the Oakland Athletics as a 5th round select in 2002.

Kiger spent the 2006 season between the Double-A Midland RockHounds and Triple-A Sacramento Rivercats. While Kiger excelled in Double-A he struggled to hit above .230 in Triple-A.
