Mark John Stewart

Sir Mark John McTaggart-Stewart, 1st Baronet (12 October 1834 as Mark John Stewart – 26 September 1923) was a Scottish Conservative Member of Parliament in the British House of Commons. In 1880 he changed his name from his birth name and was made a Baronet on 7 October 1892.
He represented Wigtown Burghs 1874-1880 and again for a few months later in 1880. He was MP for Kirkcudbrightshire in 1885-1906 and 1910.
