Mark Cairns (born 21 June 1967) is a former professional squash player from England.

Cairns reached a career-high world ranking of World No. 10 in 1995. In 1997, he won the men's doubles title at the inaugural World Doubles Squash Championships, partnering Chris Walker. Cairns and Walker also teamed-up to win a Bronze Medal in the men's doubles at the 1998 Commonwealth Games.
