Mark Berube

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Winner of the 2005 Banned in Canada Award, Mark Berube is “a total original in the tradition of exceptional Canadian singer-songwriters” (Vancouver Province). Based in Vancouver and Switzerland, with Manitoban-Quebecois roots and an African childhood, he brings his unique background to bear on a stylistically diverse musical repertoire, playing the piano, accordion, and guitar, with a voice that disarms his audiences. He is a member of The Fugitives.
