Marius Trygg (born June 1, 1976 in Norway) is a Norwegian ice hockey forward. He is currently playing for Stavanger Oilers in the GET-ligaen. He has played four seasons with the Swedish Elitserien club Färjestads BK and won the Swedish Championship with them in 2002. He has twinbrother who also play ice hockey, Mats Trygg.
