Marion Eames

Marion Eames (1921 - April 3, 2007) was a Welsh novelist.
She was born on Merseyside of Welsh parents, but was brought up at Dolgellau, where she attended Dr Williams's School. After graduating from Guildhall College, London, she worked as a librarian before becoming a radio producer with the BBC in Cardiff. She was also for a time a regional organizer for Plaid Cymru.
Her best-known work is Y Stafell Ddirgel (The Secret Room) (1969).
