Marion Caunter

Marion Caunter (born in Penang, Malaysia) is Channel [V]'s newest VJ, and is under the management of The 8 Unit. She was most recently the host of 8TV's reality show, One in a Million and joined Channel [V] on November 20, 2006. Her first role for Channel [V] will be the host of Popparazzi, the channel's pop culture entertainment program. The show will air from Mondays to Thursdays at 6pm.

She is mostly known for being the host of The 8TV Quickie, a daily 15-minute talk show on 8TV. Apart from being a TV presenter, she was also 8TV’s urban content executive in charge of pre- and post-production of the stations in-house shows, Latte at 8 and Flava.

At 19, she attended Marquette University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin (USA), graduating with a degree in broadcasting and electronic communications. Her career in the broadcasting industry began as a reporter for Milwaukee's WB 18 Channel, where she covered stories regarding the local youth community. She also joined KISS.fm, one of whose staff members include Rick Dees, working in the advertising department.

Currently, she is also a DJ of Hitz.fm.
