Mario Cashmere Manningham (born May 25, 1986 in Warren, Ohio) is a football wide receiver who plays for the University of Michigan. He is sometimes referred to as Super Mario due to his acrobatic catches.

In 2005, Manningham's freshman season, he caught 27 passes for 433 yards and six touchdowns, including the game-winner as time expired against Penn State.

Through the first six weeks of the 2006 season, Manningham had 24 catches for 527 yards and nation-leading nine receiving touchdowns. He was named Big Ten offensive player of the week on consecutive weeks for his efforts against Notre Dame and Wisconsin. During the sixth game of the season against Michigan State, Manningham injured his knee and underwent arthroscopic knee surgery on October 10, 2006. Manningham made his return against Ball State on November 4, 2006. He played sparingly and did not catch a pass. Manningham caught two passes for 11 yards the following week at Indiana and then returned to form with six catches for 86 yards at Ohio State. Manningham finished the season with 38 catches for 703 yards and nine touchdowns.

Manningham's effectiveness as a deep receiving threat spurred fans to declare that '86=1'; a reference to the tradition of star receivers at Michigan wearing the jersey number 1, and thereby earned the nickname 'The New Math'. Players who have worn that jersey number at Michigan include Anthony Carter and Braylon Edwards.
