Marino Keith (born December 16, 1974) is a Scottish former professional footballer who retired in March 2007.

[edit] Career

He joined Colchester United on the 3rd April 2005 and played in all remaining twelve games of the season. He scored in only his second game at Peterborough and added three more goals as Colchester finished the season undefeated in the same 12 matches. Picking up a Achilles injury in pre-season 2005, Keith had been out of the game after suffering several setbacks in his re-habilitation. Colchester United stood by the player but Keith announced his retirement from professional football on on March 8, 2007. Shortly before retiring he obtained a degree in IT and is hoping to start his own company, building websites.[citation needed] He previously played for Fraserburgh, Dundee United, Falkirk, Livingston and Plymouth Argyle.
