The Marina Tower, currently under construction near the Marriot Hotel, in the Maritime Quarter, Swansea is set to be the tallest building in Swansea. When complete, it will comprise 26 storeys, double the current tallest building in Swansea, the BT Tower and will be the tallest residential building in Wales.
