The Marina Dorćol project (Serbian Cyrillic: Mарина Дорћoл) in Belgrade, Serbia is a future city located on the Danube, with residential and commercial areas as well as areas for sports, such as yacht club.

The total area of the Marina Dorćol project is intended to be 25,700 square metres and extensions are is planned for construction of up to 76,000 square meteres, in two phases.
Parcel 1: has an area of 21,000 square meters. The parcel will have 27,000 square metres of business and commercial space built on it - 21,600 square meters of usable space as well as 43,000 square meters of residential space with 34400 square meters of usable residential space.
Parcel B2: has a land area of 4,700 square meters and is expected to have 6,000 square meters of business-services space or 4,800 square meters of usable space.
For the parking of vehicles, at least 1,162 parking spaces are required in garages or in the open. 540 places are needed for the residential buildings along with 432 for the business places and 190 for the marina.

Marina Dorćol is located in the city of Belgrade, not far from the heart of the city and the business district. The project is located on the Danube River, in the old city centre, downstream from the Kalemegdan Fortress and in the vicinity of a modern residential zone along the riverside. The location has beautiful views of the river.
