Mariano Duncan

Mariano (Nalasco) Duncan (born March 13, 1963 in San Pedro de Macoris, Dominican Republic) was a Second Baseman and Shortstop for the Los Angeles Dodgers (1985-87 and 1989), Cincinnati Reds (1989-91 and 1995), Philadelphia Phillies (1992-95), New York Yankees (1996-97) and Toronto Blue Jays (1997).
He helped the Dodgers win the 1985 National League Western Division, the Reds win the 1990 World Series and 1995 NL Central Division, the Phillies win the 1993 NL Pennant and the Yankees win the 1996 World Series.
He was named to the 1994 National League All-Star Team.
He finished 3rd in voting for 1985 National League Rookie of the Year and 23rd in voting for NL MVP for playing in 142 Games and having 562 At Bats, 74 Runs, 137 Hits, 24 Doubles, 6 Triples, 6 Home Runs, 39 RBI, 38 Stolen Bases, 38 Walks, .244 Batting Average, .293 On-base percentage, .340 Slugging Percentage, 191 Total Bases, 13 Sacrifice Hits, 4 Sacrifice Flies and 4 Intentional Walks.
He led the NL in triples (11) in 1990.
In 12 seasons he played in 1,279 Games and had 4,677 At Bats, 619 Runs, 1,247 Hits, 233 Doubles, 37 Triples, 87 Home Runs, 491 RBI, 174 Stolen Bases, 201 Walks, .267 Batting Average, .300 On-base percentage, .388 Slugging Percentage, 1,815 Total Bases, 50 Sacrifice Hits, 33 Sacrifice Flies and 12 Intentional Walks.
He is currently the first base coach with the Los Angeles Dodgers.
