Marián Vajda

Marián Vajda (born March 24, 1965 in Považská Bystrica) is a former tennis player from the Slovakia, who represented Czechoslovakia as a qualifier at the 1992 Summer Olympics in Barcelona, where he was defeated in the first round by Israel's Gilad Bloom. The righthander reached his highest singles ATP-ranking on September 14, 1987, when he became the number 34 of the world.
He is a former captain of Slovak Davis cup team and Fed cup team.
In present time he is coach of Novak Djokovic.
