Marián Šťastný (born January 8, 1953 in Bratislava, Czechoslovakia, now Slovakia) is a former Slovak ice hockey right wing who played for five seasons in the National Hockey League from 1981 until 1986.

In 1981 he joined his two younger brothers, Peter Stastny and Anton Stastny as free agent at Quebec Nordiques, playing with them for four seasons. They were the first brother trio in one team since the Bentley brothers (Doug, Max and Reg) played together for the Chicago Black Hawks in 1943. He retired in the Quebec City area and after a brief attempt at coaching with the Junior Tier II CNDF hockey team. He is now the owner of a golf club and a hotel in St.Nicolas, on the south shore of Quebec City.
