Margaret Highsmith Dickson is a Democratic member of the North Carolina General Assembly representing the state's forty-first House district, including constituents in Cumberland and Harnett counties. A retired broadcaster from Fayetteville, North Carolina, Dickson is currently (2003-2004 session) serving in her first term in the state House.
