Marek Jurek (June 28, 1960 in Gorzów Wielkopolski, Poland) is a Polish politician, the vice-chairman of Prawo i Sprawiedliwość (Law and Justice) party.

He is a graduate in history from Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań. In the 1980s he was an activist in the anti-communist movement in Poland. He was Member of the National Broadcasting Council (1995-2001). He was a member of Sejm from 1989 to 1993 and since 2001, elected in Rzeszów constituency.

He was elected a Sejm marshal (parliament speaker) nominated by Prawo i Sprawiedliwość on October 26, 2005 with 265 votes (133 votes were given to Bronisław Komorowski from Platforma Obywatelska).
