Marcus Phillips (born 17 October 1973) is an English footballer, who plays in midfield for his club, Waitakere United, in the New Zealand Football Championship.

Previously Phillips has played for the Canberra Cosmos in the National Soccer League in Australia and Auckland City FC in the NZFC. Started his career at Swindon Town FC his only appearnce for them was in the League Cup game against Torquay United FC.

Phillips has previously trialled with several Football League clubs in England including Cheltenham Town FC.
